Ingredients :
10 Kashmiri chillies
6 Large Garlic cloves
1.5 inch Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp peppercorns
1 inch Ginger pieces
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp deseeded Tamarind
1/2 cup Malt Vinegar or as per your taste
1 Kg Boneless & skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt to Taste
4 tbsp Oil
2 cups Finely chopped Onions
3/4 cup water or more if you want more gravy
2-3 tbsp Sugar or as per your taste
1 Green Chilli to garnish (optional)
