Easiest Chicken Vindaloo Recipe | Quick Vindhalo Recipe | East Indian Indyal Recipe, Vindaloo Masala

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
9 - 10 Kashmiri Chillies
3 Spicy Red Chillies (use any variety that is hot)
10 -12 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger Piece
1 + 1/4 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
3/4 Tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1/4 Cup White Vinegar (Used Kalvert's)
1 Tsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)
1/2 Kg Chicken Curry Pieces/Boneless
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Cup Water (Rinse the mixie jar after making the masala paste)

The Vindaloo Masala can be used for a variety other dish as well.
You can substitute chicken with pork, lamb or beef and just cook it till it's done.
You can also grind the masala paste and store in the fridge or freezer for future use.
