Balma is situated in Tehri Garhwal. Its neighboring villages are Bhatkoti and Pangarhkhal. It is 12kms from New Tehri.

I made this video on the request of Kiran Negi of Balma Village who currently resides in New Zealand. The way to the village is amazing and the scenery is one of the epitomai of Garhwal beauty. It's scarcely populated and on average only 20-30 Families live there. A major reason is most of them have migrated to bigger cities and countries. There are many health issues that residents of Balma are facing due to lack of facilities. However, the older generation does not agree on leaving their village for better greens. They love their own soil and village and from the people of Balma, this is their only true home.

In this video, I continued my series visit my village on my subscriber's request. I made two episodes of Balma village and this one is third. here you can see how people are doing hard work on fields, growing new crops for the new season. I met Mr. Darmiyan Singh Negi Ji who told me about the village's lifestyle. He shared his experience about his life. There were two kids, working in the crop fields I recorded their videos and asked questions about their lifestyle. Ishita Negi is a college Student, she told me that she wants to become a teacher. I feel so great about it. I'm a teacher so I shared my experience with her. I wish her Good luck in the future.
