In this woodworking jig tutorial video, I'll show you how to make an easy table saw box joint jig (box joint sled) for quick box joints on your table saw. You will be able to make perfect, repeatable box joints on your table saw for your woodworking projects. I'll show you how to how to make this table saw sled for yourself and then I'll demonstrate how to use the table saw jig to make box joints.

It this video I'll be using my DeWalt DWE7491 table saw. Its one of the few jobsite table saws that can take a dado set!

I'll cover making the slides for the miter slots, making the base, using CA glue and screw to attach the base, making the frame, attaching the fence, creating an indexing pin and waxing the slides and base.

This video is for the DeWalt DWE7491 table saw, but these instructions can be used on many other saws.
