2 Types Of Box Joint Jigs For The Router Table | Easy Box Joint Jig

Welcome back to my workshop, in this video I will make 2 box joint jigs with 2 different styles for the router table.

1. Box Joint Jig 1 slides on 2 T-tracks of the router table,

2. Box joint Jig 2 uses 1 T-track

Why did I make both types of box joints? because I made a little mistake when completing Box Joint Jig 1: I was far away from the router bit, so my back was not comfortable and quite tired when working. With Box joint Jig 2 I was more comfortable to work. I decided to keep both because maybe you will like style 1 without repeating the mistake from my video.

In the part of creating T-groove for the wood, I did not have a T router bit so I chose to make my own.
