This is the year 1997, when some laborers were working in Bangalore, Karnataka, meanwhile they found a black stone inside the ground, people thought that it might be a Shivalinga, so the digging was intensified, but when the digging was completed, When it happened, it came to light that it was not a Shivalinga, but an idol of Nandi Maharaj, and a stream of water was continuously flowing from the mouth of the idol. After which this information was given to the Archaeological Survey of India, when the researchers followed the stream of water coming out of the mouth of Nandi, they came to know that there is a Shivalinga below the statue of Nandi, after which the researchers saw it. An entire temple was discovered underground! After carbon dating, it was found that the temple is 400 years old! But the special thing is that where was the stream of water coming out of Nandi's mouth coming from? No one has been able to figure this out till date! Today this temple is known as Dakshinmukhi Nandi Tirtha Kalyani Temple!
