UNLOCKING THE SECRET TO GORGEOUS PCOS HAIR

If you're on spironolactone, also known as aldactone, or somebody's recommended it to you, that is an androgen suppressant or a testosterone suppressant, that is going to decrease your overall amount of testosterone in your body.

That will decrease and bring down some of the symptoms, but it's not going to completely mitigate DHT related loss because once you've triggered that genetic predisposition, it's there.

And even if your DHT gets down to a normal level, or your testosterone gets down to a normal level, you'll still probably dealing with the genetic sensitivity.

So you end up having to still use the natural DHT blockers.

But the spironolactone, which typically is going to be 25 to 50 milligrams twice daily, will bring down the testosterone.
