Gloria Maris was started in 1993 by a group friends and Hong Kong Chef Mr. Choi to create an elegant and authentic Cantonese restaurant with grand function rooms and a memorable dining experience. It has stood the test of time and has expanded to a few branches around the metro but was bought out in 2020 by Chinese billionaire entrepreneur Frank Lao who also owns the Choi Garden Restaurant Group.
