Our favorites on this visit include the Birthday Noodles, Steamed Crabs with Garlic, Baked Prawns, Fried Pigeon, Steamed Lapu Lapu with Soy Sauce and Fish Lip Soup. Gloria Maris was started in 1993 by a group friends and Hong Kong Chef Mr. Choi to create an elegant and authentic Cantonese restaurant with grand function rooms and a memorable dining experience. It has stood the test of time and has expanded to a few branches around the metro but was bought out in 2020 by Chinese billionaire entrepreneur Frank Lao who also owns the Choi Garden Restaurant Group.
