Now what really impresses me about this condo, unit #206, is not only the wonderfully renovated interior or the direct oceanfront balcony and living space, but also that it has that convenient garage! Oh, and you won’t believe the price.. Let’s go ahead and look around
Hopefully you caught a glimpse of the beach entry pool on the oceanfront and the wide piece of oceanfront property that this building sits on giving you tons of space to enjoy the beachfront with family and friends. What you can’t pickup in the video is this fantastic location. You are just south of the Dunlawton bridge and walking or biking distance to a local coffee breakfast shop called Casual Bird, Jimmy Hula’s Restaurant, Dunes Brewery, and several other eating establishments under the bridge. The beach here is perfect for walking, running, biking (yes, i said biking), and the perfect place to catch some of the best rays. And in fact just a short distance south of this building, the vehicle traffic is restricted and it becomes a no-drive section of beach for even more privacy.
