Paloma 3 Ways - Classic, Upgraded & Clarified!

Celebrating Patrón's Paloma Week (1-8 December) with a few Paloma's ranging from simple to complex! Starting off with an easy-to-make classic Paloma with Patrón Reposado and CAPI Grapefruit Soda before moving onto two unique variations. The first of the variations is known as the Upgraded Paloma which is crafted with a housemade salted grapefruit cordial and a touch of Campari and second, is the Clarified Paloma which calls for curdling and clarifying with creamy coconut milk.

INGREDIENTS

CLASSIC PALOMA
- 45ml Patrón Reposado Tequila (1.5 oz)
- 100ml Grapefruit Soda (3.5 oz) -    • Homemade Grapefruit Soda + BLOOPER!!  
- 7.5ml - 15ml Lime Juice, optional (0.25 - 0.5 oz)
- Salt (pinch or rim), optional

UPGRADED PALOMA (by ZAC OVERMAN)

|| Salted Grapefruit Cordial:
- Peel of 1 Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup of Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 ½ teaspoons Salt Flakes

|| Upgraded Paloma
- 60ml Patrón Reposado Tequila (2 oz)
- 30ml Salted Grapefruit Cordial (1 oz)
- 22.5ml Lime Juice (0.75 oz)
- 15ml Campari (0.5 oz)
- Soda Water

CLARIFIED PALOMA
- 45ml Patrón Reposado Tequila (1.5 oz)
- 15ml Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur (0.5 oz)
- 15ml Aperol (0.5 oz)
- 60ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice (2 oz)
- 15ml Lime Juice (0.5 oz)
- 15ml Agave Syrup (0.5 oz)
- Soda Water
- 30ml Coconut Milk (1 oz)
