MY FAVORITE PORTUGUESE FRANCESINHA RECIPE | COOKING WITH INSANE EP8 S1

Today we are making one of my all time favorite Northern Portuguese dishes. You're not gonna wanna miss this.
Ingredients :

For The Sauce:
• 1 diced onion
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• 4 tbsp of Tomato Sauce or Pulp
• 7 fl oz de white wine
• 2 Tbsp of creme of shrimp
• 1 Cube Beef Bullion
• 3/4 Bottle of Beer (The Rest Is For The Chef)
• 3 ½ Tbsp of cooking butter
• Piri-piri to taste
' Salt & Pepper to taste
' 2 Slices of chopped Bacon


• Thin sliced pork marinated over night in diced garlic (2 Cloves) and white wine ( Enough to cover the meat) DO NOT USE THE GARLIC AND WINE FROM THE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
• Thick Texas Style slightly toasted slices of bread
• 2 hot link sausages
• 2 slices of ham
• 2 slices of bacon
• 6 slices of cheese
