My Mum Left Me As a Child, Resurfaced After 9 Years Later With Other Kids || Jennifer Njeri

As Jennifer Njeri narrates, her childhood was an interesting one. She walks us through the journey of how her mother leaving her in the custody of her grandparents and vanished, never to be seen, only for her to resurface 9 years later with other kids, who Jennifer later learnt were her siblings. It was a confusing moment for her. After moving in with her mother, she passed away and as she recounts, that was not the first time death had knocked on their door, she had lost sisters before, a close friend and losing her mother broke her. Jennifer recounts suffering in the hands of some relatives who attempted to sexually assault her. She took a trip to Saudi Arabia to get away from everything and cope with all the challenges life had thrown at her. She met a gentleman whom they planned to invest together and unfortunately, he took all her savings.
