How to Password Protect a WordPress Page (in 20 Seconds!)

In this super quick video, we’re going to be covering how to password protect a page on WordPress. And we can also use the same steps to password protect blog posts as well.

Written Steps:

1. Visit the page or post we want to password protect.
2. Click "Edit" at the top, to open it up in the editor.
3. Then, on the right-hand side, click where it says "Public".
4. Change this to "Password Protected" and enter the password we want to use.
5. Update the page or post.
6. Give this video a like on YouTube (optional).
