1 cup Soya Chunks
6 Lasun ki Kali (Garlic clove)
1 1/2 Inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1 Hari Mirch chopped (Green Chilli)
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania ki Dandi finely chopped (Green coriander stem)
1 Muthi Hara Dhania (1 Handful Green coriander leaves)
20 to 25 Pudina ke Patte (Mint Leaves)
1 Tsp salt
1/4 cup Khatta Dahi(Sour Curd)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Dhania Jeera Powder (Coriander cumin seed powder)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp Shahi Biryani Masala Powder Or Garam Masala Powder
4 to 5 Fansi chopped (Green Beans)
1 small size Gajar chopped (Carrot)
1 small size Aloo chopped (Potato)
1 cup Basmati Chawal (Basmati Rice)
2 Tbl sp Oil
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
2 Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
7 to 8 Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
2 Long (Clove)
1 Tsp Shahi Jeera(Royal cumin)
1 Tej Patta (Bay leave)
1 Large size Onion Slice
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 Medium size Tomatoes chopped
3 to 4 Tsp Deshi Ghee
1/4 cup Milk+8 Kesar ke Dhage (Saffron Threads)
2 Tbl sp Fried Onion (Birista)
2 Tsp salt
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
8 To 10 Pudina ke Patte (Mint Leaves)
1 3/4 cup water

Boondi Raita
1 cup Fresh Ghada Dahi(fresh Hung Curd)
(200 Grams)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Namkee Boondi
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Kala Namak (Black salt)
1/2 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1 Tbl sp Pudina ke Patte finely chopped (Mint Leaves)
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
Garnish with Borista and Finely chopped Hara Dhania (Green coriander leaves)
Serve with Boondi Raita,Papad and Salad
