ROAD TRIP | INCREDIBLE Trip Over Scenic Arlberg Pass - Austria 4K

Our trip over the Arlberg Pass started in Arlberg and went over the mountain pass to St. Anton in Tyrol, which is a very famous ski resort in Austria.

The Arlberg Pass is part of the mountain range between Vorarlberg and Tyrol in Austria. The name Arlberg derives from the tradition of "Arlenburg", which was once said to have established itself on the Tyrolean side of the Arlberg Pass.

Another story derives its name from the "Arlenbuskene", which are very numerous here. There is no mountain with the name "Arlberg" actually. Popular places and famous ski resorts near the Arlberg are Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph and St. Anton. The old pass road was known since the 14th century in the form of a narrow mule track when people started trading salt in this region.
