Viral tomato chutney recipe| Roasted tomato chutney

Viral tomato chutney- I finally tried it and I loved it!

I’d say it tastes a lot like salsa, only better! Do try it out for your next chip and dip party 🎉

Ingredients I used:
4 tomatoes, cut from the center
5 to 6 thick cloves of garlic
1/4 cup onions finely chopped
coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional, add if you like it spicy)
salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder (customize as preferred)
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 lemon juice

Procedure:
Fry garlic till it slightly changes colour.
Place tomatoes on the pan facing the cut side down and keep them covered till they cook well.
Remove the peels.
Mash then well along with the garlic and add all the ingredients mentioned above.
Enjoy!
