Ingredients:
33g Machine Whey Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder
50g Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 Teaspoon Clabber Girl Corn Starch
1/2 Teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 Pinches Salt
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 4 Parts Cinnamon
- 2 Parts Nutmeg
- 1 Part Ginger
- 1/2 Part Cloves
60g Fairlife Whole Milk
20g Frozen Ghirardelli Classic White Chips
75g Frozen Blueberries
Cooking Spray

・Put dry ingredients - protein powder, oats, corn starch, baking powder, salt and pumpkin spice into bowl.
・Stir together well.
・Add in milk and frozen chips and blueberries.
・Turn the oven to 400. The oven pre-heat time will give the ingredients time to mesh together and oats to soak up moisture. (about 5-10 minutes)
・Fold together ingredients, gentle on the blueberries so they don't get smashed.
・Spray large muffin tray, don't use paper cups. Silicone best.
・Once oven is ready, put in middle and cook for 15 minutes.
・After 15 minutes let cool for about 5 minutes before taking out.

For alternate version, use chocolate cacao chips, Faiflife chocolate milk and chocolate protein powder.
