2nd Half, Glenburn MW v TASS 2011, 31st August 2024

Off we go again with both teams ready to play football & try to score goals. Both teams passing & building attacks, again both defences standing strong with keepers saving as needed. TASS were awarded a penalty in the 45th minute after Shay Gilroy was pulled down in the box. MATTHEW MURDOCH stepped up & confidently dispatched the ball into the net to give TASS a 1-3 lead. Fair play to Glenburn they are still playing attacking football. However TASS scored again in the 48th minute when CARSON GRAHAm ran onto the ball and slotted it into the net from about 12 yards out to make the score 1-4. Again pressure from TASS gave them a 5th goal when SHAY GILROY scored again when he ran onto a through ball to put the ball past the keeper & into the net to give TASS a 1-5 lead. Glenburn were still trying to get a consolation goal but in the 53rd minute TASS had a goal disallowed for an offside, however in the 55th minute TASS scored again when RAY DICKSON had a lob shot from outside the box that went into the top of the net to make the full-time score:- Glenburn 1-6 TASS.
