Note that this is just a catchy argument. In order to calculate the effect you need to integrate properly about the whole rotor disk, i.e. compute torque, angular momentum , etc. But this is mathematics mostly, not primarily physics.

The gyro rotates permanently. It is a synchronous motor.

My model was inspired by Florian Bauer's SkyJuster® article in the June 2024 issue of the German fischertechnik magazine "ft:pedia".
