Tuna Cutlet : ( I had prepared 45 cutlets with 3 tins tuna )

Tuna - 1 tin
Potato - 2 large
Onion - 3 medium chopped
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 4 - 5
Green chillies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil / ghee - 3 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup to add to the tuna potato mix + more for coating
Eggs - 1 or 2 beaten
Oil - for deep frying

Beef - 1/4 kg
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil - 1 tbsp

Onion - 2 medium chopped
