Vada :
Moong Dal - 2 cups
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 5 - 7
Salt
Water - 1cup to grind ( make a dosa batter consistency)
Oil - for deep frying

Dahi :
Curd - 3 cups
Laban - 1/2 cup ( optional if you already have sour curd )
Oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - a handful chopped
Green chillies - 8 - 9 chopped

Garnish :
Roasted cumin powder
Kashmiri red chilly powder
Coriander leaves - chopped

Thermic powder - 1/2 tsp

Chicken stock - 2.5 cup ( you may use water instead)

Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 large chopped
Green chilly paste - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Tuna chunks - 1 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped

Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
