INGREDIENTS:

Cottage cheese ~
2 liter milk
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tsp flour
2 tsp arrowroot
2 tsp sugar

Liquid sugar syrup ~
1.5 cups sugar
3 cups water

Thick sugar syrup ~
3.5 cups sugar
7 cups water
