This full version video will show you how to make this special rice paper roll with preserved egg & pickled ginger (酸薑皮蛋). First, remove the outer layer of the egg and take off the egg shell. Wash and pit in a bowl. Then chop some pickled ginger. Mix them together. Prepare some mint leaves. Use rice paper and wet it. Put some mint leaves at the bottom, then some egg & ginger paste. Top with mint leaves again. Start wrapping the rice paper roll. Put into the air fryer paper liner. Don’t forget to put some oil first at the bottom of the liner. Preheat the air fryer at 160C for 3mins and then air fry the rolls at 160C for 6mins OR 200C for 4mins. This is a special dish which I don’t think you try it before….
