Alco Trio Runs the Old D&H Penn Division Main

Lately I've been longing for a second trip to Scranton, PA for some mountain Alco action, but in the meantime, here's a throwback video from my sole trip to the Electric City back in 2022! In this video, a trio of old brute Alcos, including a widecab MLW and a Lehigh Valley "heritage" C420 that was actually built for the LV, lead SC7 out of the Electric City on a beautiful March day and up the former Delaware & Hudson Penn Division Mainline to Carbondale with loaded sand hoppers bound for the transload site, along with a stop on the way in Archbald to set out two loaded centerbeams!
