Raspberry Pi Devastator Robot #1

Описание к видео Raspberry Pi Devastator Robot #1

Raspberry Pi Zero W robot constructed using a DFRobot Devastator Tank Mobile Robot Platform (Metal DC Gear Motor) and an L298N motor controller.

The Devastator Robot Platform can be purchased on Amazon.com here: http://amzn.to/2zkEKvq

You can find more information on the robot platform here: https://www.dfrobot.com/product-1477....

The code and motor controller sections of this video refer back to content that I covered in “Raspspberry Pi Robotics #3: Keyboard Control”:    • Raspberry Pi Robotics #3: Keyboard Co...

You can find the wiring diagram on this ExplainingComputers.com page: http://www.explainingcomputers.com/ra...

The Python code used to control the robot is also here: http://www.explainingcomputers.com/sa...

Note that, because the code uses curses to access the keyboard, it must either be run from a terminal, or you must make the terminal window active after executing the code (ie click on the terminal window to give it the focus).

You can also control the robot from another computer using SSH as I demonstrate in “Raspberry Pi Robotics #4: SSH Network Control”:    • Raspberry Pi Robotics #5: Line Follower
