Ingredients:
Oats - 15gm
Semolina - 15gm
Curd - 100gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
ENO - 1 pack

Calories: 196.5 | Carbs: 34.3 | Fats: 2.45 | Proteins: 7.49 (For 4 pc)

Procedure:
1. Take a blender jar and blend some Oats in it to make it Oat flour.,
2. Now add the same quantity of Semolina to the oats flour and add some curd as required.
3. Now add some salt, give it a good mix, and add some water as required.
4. Mix these ingredients very well to avoid any lumps.
5. Now take a deep pan on the gas, pour some water into it, and close the lid for some time to create the steam.
6. Now take an idli stand and with the help of a brush spread some oil over all the sections of the idli stand.
7. Now before making the idli, add a packet of ENO into it and mix it.
8. With the help of a tablespoon add this mixture to the idli stand.
9. Now place the idli plates on the stand and put this whole stand gently in a deep pan.
10. Now close the lid for 5-10 mins and after 10 minutes take off the lid and your idli is cooked.
11. To check whether idli is cooked or not, you can check it with the help of a toothpick.
12. Now take out this idli stand from the pan and scrape out the idli on another plate.
13. Here is your idli ready to be served, you can serve it with sambar or any chutney.
