The clocks have changed and the evenings draw in early, but the garden still calls me outside. The low autumn light is too lovely to miss, so today I’m out gathering acorns — it’s been such a good year for them! I’ve started planting a few everywhere I go, hoping to grow a little oak forest for the future.

In this episode I’m joined by my garden team, Jen and Annie, who are busy preparing for next year — creating new flower beds, restoring neglected corners, and bringing fresh life to the Last Homely Garden. I simply couldn’t manage this big garden without their help, and I’m so grateful to have found a team that truly fits.
