If you only have one day to spend in Aix-en-Provence this is how I would spend it. A morning at Weibel for breakfast while enjoying the Farmers Market unfold in front of me. I would then wander the rest of the markets that take place Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:30am to 1pm. While wandering the streets I would make stops to admire all the fountains. Next up would be enjoying all the produce from the farmers market at Pavillon Vendome. I then would choose one of the Museums in Aix, Pavillon Vendome, Musee Granet or Hotel de Caumont. You can't forget to visit the beautiful Cathedral- Saint Sauveur. At the end of the day make sure to treat yourself to a sweet treat- Callisons which are a specialty here in Aix-en-Provence.
