The Recipe:
18g coffee
300ml total water (200ml boiling water, 100g ice)

The Technique:
Add ice to the server or the cup underneath the V60 brewer
30s bloom using 50-60ml water
Swirl to saturate the grounds evenly
Slowly top up to 200ml and let the brew drain
Swirl the server to dissolve any remaining ice
Serve over fresh Ice and enjoy
