Marlen served in several positions in her JCI career such as 2020 Skills Development Director and 2022 National President for JCI Germany and last year as JCI Vice President assigned to Europe. In the past 11 years, no matter which roles she had, she always lived her passion: to spark the development journeys of young leaders around the globe. Therefore, she’s not only a renowned trainer in the JCI world but also successfully runs her own training and business coaching company that is focused on positive leadership and team performance. Marlen pitched her business in the 2021 JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award and was finalist in the European section of the competition. She is a highly energetic leader and is eager to share her positivity and knowledge with you.
