Protocol plays a crucial role in successful meetings and events. In this session, you'll learn why protocol matters, understand the importance of following guidelines for effective communication and credibility, and discover practical tips on how to plan and execute meetings and events within JCI Protocol guidelines.

Samadi Batbold is a respected leader in the JCI community, known for his dedication and expertise. Currently a Trainer at JCI Mongolia Academy, he also serves in important roles like 2025 ASPAC International Alliances Deputy Director and 2024 JCI Progress President. Beyond JCI, Samadi has made significant contributions in sectors ranging from retail to telecommunications. His passion for nurturing young talent shines through in his co-founding of the JCI Mongolia Academy branch in Romania. With his hands-on experience and energetic approach, Samadi is always aiming to inspire and make a difference.

This training is open to all JCI Members interested in enhancing their leadership skills.
