We focus on steady breath, foundational standing poses, and deep floor stretches to help you feel supported, stable, and deeply connected to the present moment.

✨What to Expect: Low Intensity Practice - Perfect for Releasing Tension and Calming Body

Centering & Breathwork: Arrive on your mat and connect with your physical body.

Grounding Asanas: A slow, intentional flow featuring Mountain Pose, Warrior variations, and balancing postures to build strength from the ground up.

Deep Release: Ending with cooling floor poses to surrender tension and integrate the practice.
