Ingredients:

1 Medium Onion
1/2 Cup Coconut Floor
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Paprika


Instructions:

1. Slice Onion in quarter inch to half inch thick rings. Soak onion rings in a bowl of ice water for 1 hour and then drain and dry.

2. Prepare 3 Different Bowl for your coating your onion rings:
Coconut Flour, Egg Wash (2 Beaten Eggs), and Crushed Pork Rinds with Parmesan Cheese and Seasonings.

3. Dip the onions first in coconut flour, then coat with egg wash, and finally pork rinds mixture. Keep Place on greased baking rack or tray and repeat. Set your Air Fryer to 400°F and cook 7 - 8 Minutes on each side.
