Cheese Burst Pizza Recipe | homemade pizza | चीज़ बर्स्ट पिज़्ज़ा घर पर | No Oven Cheeseburst Pizza

In this recipe i have shown to make pizza from the scratch along with 2 methods - with & without Oven Cheese Burst Pizza.

Recipe Details
Serves 2 to 3
Prep time : 30 min
Cooking time : oven 7 to 10 min, tawa 20 to 25 min
Course : veg snacks/ main course

Ingredients
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 TSP dry yeast
1 TSP sugar
2 cups maida
1 TSP salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup milk
1cup processed cheese
2 tbsp corn flour
2 nos blanched peeled tomato
1 tbsp basil leaves
1 TSP peeled garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch cracked pepper
2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup capsicum dices
1 cup tomato dices
1 cup onion dices
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup jalapeño sliced

For Pizza Base
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and set aside to activate the yeast.
Make a bay of sieved flour and baking powder with salt and pour over the activated yeast.
Add olive oil and make a smooth and pliable dough till the gluten forms.
Ferment the dough for one hour till it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into small and big portions.
Roll the small dough portion into an 8 inch disc and partially cook on a griddle.

For Cheese Sauce
On a double boiler or a pan boil milk and add processed cheese till it dissolves.
Add corn flour slurry to adjust the consistency of the cheese sauce.

For Tomato Sauce.
In a blender blend together tomato, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and olive oil to a smooth sauce.
The sauce is ready to spread

Assembly of Pizza
Roll the thick dough portion into a 10 inch diameter disc.
Spread cheese sauce in the dough and place the rolled thin disc to create a sandwich.
Spread evenly spoonful of tomato sauce prepared earlier
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese to cover all over
Top it up with capsicum, jalapeno, onion, olives and tomatoes.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 min or until cooked.
Or alternatively cook on a non-stick tawa with lid closed on slow to medium heat for 25 min till it is brown from the sides.
Serve hot with your loved ones.
