This is a 15 minute workout targeting the arms to achieve strong toned and even slimmer arms; we are focusing on the biceps and triceps and a little shoulder but we are hitting the biceps and triceps from every angle, with no repeat other than the 2 sided ones and using 2 dumbbells, I am using 2kg each for your reference, and I still felt the burn in my arms, you can use cans or bottles if you don't have dumbbells.
