How To Overclock H55/P55 LGA1156 CPUs - i7-860 / X3440 / x3430 / i5-750

Today we overclock the H55 and P55 platform, which is a little more simpler than the X58 motherboards, in that there are a few less options, but at the same time it is those options I believe that do limit us from gaining higher overclocks.
