Here is an x58 (LGA1366) Overclocking tutorial (I know its 2018, but this has been heavily requested). And today we go through the whole mile and teach you guys how you can overclock this machine to get over 4GHz out of your i7 or x5650/60/70/75 xeons. There is some hurdles to overcome like QPI voltage and also BCLK settings, as well as IOH and ICH voltage settings, but it should be easy to get those good scores!
