INGREDIENTS:-
250gm Cabbage chopped finely
1 Carrots peeled and greated
1/2 Capsicum chopped finely
1 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
Add salt and keep aside for 5 minutes put it in a muslin cloth and squeeze the water and keep it in a big bowl add
125 gm paneer Greated
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp Green chilli sauce
1tsp Redchilli sauce or sezwan sauce
1/2tsp kashmir red chilli for colour its optional.
1tsp Aromatic powder
Mix all the Ingredients well now add
3tbsp corn starch
1tbsp rice flour or refined flour
Mix all well and make a small balls
Take a pan heat oil as per requirement add balls and fry till it is cooked and crispy. fry all the balls and keep aside.

FOR VEG CHILLI PREPARATION:-
1 Chopped chilli coarsely
1 chopped Onion chooped
2tbsp chopped Garlic and Ginger
4 slit Green chilli
1tbsp soya sauce
1tsp Redchilli sauce
1tsp Green chilli sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
1/2tsp Black pepper
2tbsp cornstarch mix in one cup water
2 onion green chopped
Salt as per taste
1tsp Sugar or as per taste
1tsp Aromatic powder optional

1) Take a pan pour oil once oil heats then Add slit chilli ginger garlic chopped saute then
2)Add Capsicum chopped Onion chopped saute on high flame once it is done now add all the sauces and black papper aromatic powder mix well now
3) Add slurry cornstarch liquid and mix well add all veg bolls mix well on top add
4) sesame seed and Green onion chopped.
Now veg chilli is ready to eat
