Ingredients

Onion - 5
Ginger - big piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green Chilly - 3
Curry leaves
Tomato - 2
Hot water
Soy sauce
Salt - as required
Sunflower oil
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 4
Bayleaf - 1

Masala powders:

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 3 teaspoon

For marination:

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice
