Ingredients:

Chicken - 3/4 kg
For batter:
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
Maida - 4 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Egg - 2
Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Water
Kashmiri Chilly - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Red food color - a pinch (optional)


Capsicum cubed - 2
Onion cubed - 1 1/2
Onion chopped - 1/2
Spring onion white
Spring onion green
Ginger thinly sliced - a big piece
Garlic thinly sliced - 12 cloves
Green Chilly - 6
Soy sauce - 6 to 7 tablespoons
Chilly sauce - 4 to 5 tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup - 6 to 7 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Sunflower oil
Hot water
Corn flour
