Cleveland Way Pt 1, Helmsley to Osmotherley

Ever since I completed the Yorkshire Wolds Way I have wanted to do the Cleveland Way. Both paths start/finish at Filey and put together they make an extra long distance trail.
The Cleveland Way certainly rates as one of my favourite Trails, it has so much to give. Moorland, cliffs, sea, hills and beautiful villages. It is one of the best maintained and marked Trails that I have walked with plenty of places to get something to eat and drink.
It seemed very popular to me and I met quite a few characters along my path, some who became temporary walking companions to mutually encourage and enjoy the walk together.
I hope this video gives you a flavour of the Trail, videos never give a walk full justice but maybe sufficient insight to inspire.
