Brooks Ghost 16

The Brooks Ghost 16 is still a 12mm heel drop shoe, and it’s still a bit firmer than I wish it would be. But the switch to DNA Loft v3 makes the experience a bit more pleasant, and I’m finding that I enjoy it as a light stability shoe for recovery run days. Ghost fans will love the 16 as it still provides a lot of the same signature experiences. And while those who haven’t loved the Ghost previously will probably continue to not-love the Ghost, version 16 is a bit more runnable. Hopefully, Brooks will start to incorporate more of the concepts of the Ghost Max into the main Ghost lineup.
