Berry Dump Cake

Ingredients: 4 cups mixed berries, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 box French vanilla cake mix, 8 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into cubes
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9-inch square pan with butter. In medium bowl, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, & vanilla. Toss to coat the berries. Pour mixture into pan, spread cake mix over the top evenly. Scatter butter cubes over the top. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil & bake until golden brown approximately 40 minutes. Remove foil & continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven & let cool approximately 20 minutes. Enjoy!
