This is a fun and not too hard aerial hoop tutorial, where we come from a stomach balance to the elbow hold in a forward roll. This tutorial is good for aerial hoop intermediate students and also aerial hoop advanced beginners.
Make sure you have worked through the stomach balance tutorial or have already a fairly solid balance.
