Tiger Electronics E.T. Interactive Toy Repair sent from a subscriber Maxemus & Co

This E.T. Interactive toy was sent to me by Maxemus & Co, a subscriber to the channel and someone I chat with in the YouTube/Reselling community.
E.T was making some noises but not really working at all, the battery terminals had some corrosion and that's the first place I looked and had some idea of where the trouble would be. Battery corrosion is the number one killer of electronic toys but can be easily fixed with a bit of know how.
Let's see if a can get E.T working and send him home.
