E.T. Furby Battery Contact Repair Corroded Battery Terminal Replacement

I attempt to repair this E.T. Furby with really bad battery corrosion. The battery terminals need replacing as the old ones were so cad they were disintegrating. This E.T. was sent to me by Car Boot Chris or Cookie and the Haydens on YouTube -    / @cookiethehaydens   to take a look at and see if there was anything I could do to get it working again.
