低筋麵粉Low-gluten flour 170g

If you want to add milk powder
Milk powder 15g
Reduce flour by 15g

內餡Filling:

土鳳梨去皮去汁 580g
Peel and juice pineapple
糖 sugar 120g
麥芽糖maltose 90g
鹽 salt 2g
檸檬汁lemon juice 30g
奶油 butter 25g
炒乾放冰箱一天再用
Stir fry and store in the refrigerator for a day

烤箱攝氏200度烤15分鐘
翻面再烤10分鐘
放一天更好吃
常溫可保存4天
或放冷凍
要吃的時候退冰回烤一下
