• Rice, quinoa, and toor dal mixed together to create a balanced carbohydrate and protein base
• Drumstick leaves chutney with black chickpeas for iron and protein
• Rasam prepared with roasted spices and boiled chana dal for additional protein
• Carrot curry cooked with sprouted green gram, sesame seeds, coconut, and spices
• Curd rice with nutritious chutney and onions to support digestion
Each dish contributes essential nutrients such as:
• Protein from pulses and sprouts
• Iron from drumstick leaves and chickpeas
• Fiber from vegetables and sprouts
• Healthy fats from sesame seeds and coconut
• Vitamins and minerals from natural ingredients
This type of meal helps maintain stable blood sugar levels and supports metabolic health. It is especially helpful for people managing conditions such as diabetes, PCOD, PCOS, thyroid imbalance, or insulin resistance.
A well planned meal like this keeps you full for longer and reduces unnecessary snacking. It also supports digestion because of the inclusion of fiber rich ingredients and fermented foods like curd.
