Here we present our Nilgiri Mountain Railway (NMR) journey Toy Train from Ooty to Coonoor.

Rated as "a must do" when you visit Ooty, the journey will float you through time, along the deep valleys, lush forests, into the little dark winding tunnels, encircling the bends, up the hills and down the slopes, surrounded by the gush of the falls, whisper of the trees and melody of the birds.

Nilgiri Mountain Railway (NMR), which covers 29km, travels through 208 curves, 16 tunnels, and across 250 bridges, was declared by UNESCO during as a World Heritage Site in 2005.

Enjoy the picturesque Nilagiri Mountains and the journey is worth the time spending in the train.
